Surrounded by palm trees, the villas offer spacious, comfortable rooms with AC, plenty of common areas to relax after a kite session, pool, BBQ, hammocks, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, outside shower, and kite storage.

Breakfast is included in the package and it offers a variety of fresh bread and cakes, local fruits, homemade jams, eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and tea. We are also including a Tacos night and a BBQ party. For the other meals, the average cost is around $10 per meal. You have the option to try some of the most amazing Mexican dishes in the region, and there are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance from our villas. If you prefer to stay in, we offer home delivery, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience if you choose to cook your own meals
Windy adventures
Spot and Conditions
Most spots around are non crowded and spacious with stable wind and warm water. The water is shallow for about 500 meters in the sea in most places, making this place the perfect spot to learn and progress safely and confidently. The wind is reliable and stable, side onshore, and blows on average from 16 to 25 knots, usually starting around noon and increasing throughout the day. Get ready for some epic sunset sessions.
Downwinder to San Bruno
We will embark on a downwinder along the Emerald Coast and white sandy beaches, leading to a another kite beach, wehere we will spend the rest of the day.
Kite trip to a secret flat spot
We will go on a kite trip to one of our best-kept secrets, a butter-flat spot that will blow your mind.

Join us on road trips as we dive into hidden cenotes and sinkholes with crystal-clear water. Immerse yourself in these natural wonders, whether swimming or jumping from the top. Additionally, we'll explore the colonial city of Mérida, visiting its top-notch bars and restaurants for an authentic cultural experience. During the day at the kite villa, we will have a few ice bath experiences and an introduction to the invigorating Wim Hof Method.
