Stay in our Mexican beach villa, just steps from the kite spot. We offer 3 double rooms all with AC, fan, and closet, plus some with a desk and workspace. With daily housekeeping, pool, hammocks, and lounge areas, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and the kite lifestyle.

OUR KITE HOUSE IS YOUR HOME
Villa Flora is a beautiful beachfront house with direct access to the beach, designed for both comfort and connection. It features three spacious rooms, a pool with its own bar, a barbecue area, multiple lounge spaces, and an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxed days, shared meals, and effortless beach living.
YOUR PROGRESSION PLAN
SPOTS & CONDITIONS
Most of the time, we’ll be riding at our home spot just a few steps from the villa — a shallow, beginner-friendly beach with ideal learning conditions. On days with offshore wind, sessions move to La Ría, our flat-water lagoon only a few minutes away, giving you safe and consistent conditions to keep progressing fast.

Beyond kitesurfing, we complement your time off the water with a mix of local experiences so you can fully experience Yucatán’s culture, alongside targeted mobility and stretching sessions — designed to improve recovery, prevent fatigue, and support your progression on the water.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 1 month before camp start 5 June. After that, deposits are non-refundable — but you may transfer your spot to another rider.
